About The Founder
Dear Prospective Customer,
Whenever you are paying for freelance writing, it is important to know who you are working with. It is for this reason I’ve created this about the author section of the website, to give you some additional information on the person that actually is writing your press release.
While freelance writing has been rewarding for me, I spend most of my time these days working with a large team of writers on website content creation. We produce those product descriptions you often see on ecommerce sites, as well as those optimized articles that seem to be popping up all over the web.
A few months ago, I started to get a large amount of requests for press releases. Instead of allowing my staff to work on theses releases, I choose to do them myself. After all I still enjoy writing a few things on my own.
After several months it occurred to me that I was writing roughly two dozen press releases a month. I enjoyed writing these press releases, and the clients seemed to appreciate the work that I was doing. Looking back on those couple of months, press releases seemed to be a natural fit for my writing style.
Rather than setup a huge website, or some enormous operation, I decided to piece together a simple website, with press release samples, information about the service as well as information about me, and of course an order button in hopes of winning new business.
I’ve always believed that small businesses make America’s commerce clock tick. As a small business owner myself, I realize that the cost of services for small business is often too much money for these businesses to afford. It is for this reason I aim to keep my services affordable without sacrificing quality.
Many freelance writers disagree with my position, and have gone as far as sending me email discouraging it, complaining that it hurts their business when I make my services so affordable.
The hate mail hasn’t deterred me from keeping these press releases as affordable as possible. I figure for $97, if someone wants a press release bad enough, they can afford it.
I’d be more than happy to work with you, so please sign up if you’d like, or drop me a line if you have any questions!
Best,
Clark Covington
